If it were up to me, no car would exist that got less than 35 mpg, AND every manufacturer would be required to have half their lineup as hyrid vehicles, AND also have an active program to develop and alternate energy vehicle. As to hummers they are cool as a novelty but for all practical matters I think they are a waste of resources and fuel!
If I could afford a hummer I'd buy something more reasonable and feed a small nation on the cost difference and gas savings.
