I work shifts and only use the alarm 2 out of 6 weeks when I'm working the morning shift so most of the time I just wake up whenever I do. For the morning shift I do just jump out of bed and turn off the alarm and get on with my day. I used to be the king of the snooze button but once I started having to wake up at 5am on those morning shifts I stopped using it.
Partially because I started making myself go to bed early enough that I would actually get a decent amount of sleep I guess.
