Birth control varies widely from person to person. I've had luck with Depo-Provera, Nuva-Ring, and the birth control pill. But lots of other women will say that those methods didn't work for them.
We all react differently to the hormones present in the method we choose.
Out of all that I have tried, I thought the Nuva-Ring messed with my body the least and was the easiest to use. I highly recommend it.
