I usually hit snooze once and just lay there and relax until it goes off again and then I get up. But I really like those days where I have so much cool stuff going on that as soon as the alarm starts to chirp I'm completely energized and jump out of bed.
I also seem to have one of those nifty internal body alarm clocks but mine seems to be stuck set for 9 am (actually I think it's more related to how bright it is outside). No matter how late I say up I wake up by 9 or 9:30 feeling completely rested. Too bad my classes start at 9...boo.
