We don't have an alarm. Not a mechanical one anyways. We usually wake up to the sound of our Son calling for us, ("Morning? Morning?") between 6-6:30 every day. Our bodyclocks are so hard wired, that we'll wake up around then even if he doesn't.
Once awake, we lie there for a few minutes, enjoying the warmth of our duvet, until one of us volunteers to go get him.
