I myself have done a lot of reading about this subject when I thought I might finally have a boy (wrong

three girls for me!!). I wanted to educate myself on the good and the bad of circumcisions. I wanted to know if there was truth to the 'cutting off' of nerve endings and if it took away from enjoying sex as an adult. I wanted to know about all these supposed nasty diseases that my son would get if I refused to have him cut. I have to tell you after all the things I have found, I don't even know why doctors still push this issue anymore. It seems that they prefer to cut first and share information later, and in a biased way. This is of course my humble opinion. But here are some interesting facts about circumcisions that I found worth reading just so I could say I had in case I did have a boy, and have since shared with friends.
The Case Against Circumcision
I will admit that is a long read and its only one side of the scope, but they do reference facts and provide references to these facts. It can get boring if you're not into it, but I couldn't help myself in my thirst for knowledge. It was also the only link I managed to save when reading about this topic.
I have had two friends whos children were cut in the hospital before going home. One of them had to go back...TWICE (as someone else said) to have her sons penis 'repaired' because they botched his poor penis up. They had to implant skin from (dang it I know I knew this 3 weeks ago!) somewhere else and apply it to his penis to fix their previous screw up. However my other friends son is doing just fine. However this is not something I want to take a chance with when it comes to my kids. You would think in this country where it is such a highly practiced 'medical' procedure that they would do it right the first time. I'm thankful that people are asking more questions and doing what they think is right, whether they have the procedure or not, as long as they educate themselves first.
Well I think that's enough. I am hopefully not making this sound like it needs to be in the parenting forum, I am really just wanting to share my opinion on the subject and help provide some information to those in here that are trying to understand the whys and why nots like I wanted to.
I have also been with cut men and one uncut man. Neither one has complained about their situation. They both enjoy sex as much as they can get away with. However, I have to admit, an uncut man has his advantages. Besides a condom like cover on his penis that does...somewhat...not completely...seem to help in birth control (as he calls it), the foreskin provides its own kinda 'fun' when manually masturbating and giving oral sex, in my opinion. Having it there was like having a new little toy to play with in which he seemed to enjoy. It also made him extra sensitive on the head of his penis because its shielded from all the rubbing and chafing an uncut penis deals with from the moment that foreskin is taking away, this can be a good and bad thing but that depends on what you are doing and how much he likes being 'tortured' while playing with it being so sensitive. He prefered to keep it hidden during oral, and only exposed his head while having intercourse or he gets a bit overcome with the sensitivity.
