Stairmaster Workout?!

So, what is your guys' opinions on the Stair-Master cardio equipment piece? I typically put it on "level 10" and can currently go for around 20 minutes with two or three 30 second rests. Am I getting a good cardio workout if I do this 3-4 times a week? I really want to tone my bottom and legs.
