Only mildly topical, but in regards to the "light speed" travel debate going on here, apparently we can now send macroscopic atomic matter *at* the speed of light (See:

This would have been fantastic conjecture to anyone just few years ago, and I think, despite it's reality, remains fantastic conjecture to most people today. I can't help but feel that greater than light speed travel is technically possible, but it wouldn't really be traveling in the traditional sense and more like translocating. Wormholes or other methods of bending space time to travel seems like it has potential.
