From my youth, after attending my first funeral at four (great-grandmother) I decreed I wanted good music. They played Southern Baptist organ favourites.
I have always been attached to The End by the Doors, even if it is a bit trite. Otherwise, much abounding techno beats and Metal to keep the smiles upon the faces of all.
I used to sing a particular arrangment of Amazing Grace in church that was quite lovely. If I could find it again, I'd have that tossed in to be nicely traditional.
