I still jump and bounce on my bed on occasion. The mattress is about 5 or so years old. I've never intentionally flipped or rotated it, although it probably happened when I moved into my apartment about 2 months ago. My bed linens consist of one cheap ass fitted sheet, and my favorite comforter thats so old its splitting at the seams in some places.
