The thing that works best for me is to just eat healthy (yogurt, fruit, sandwhichs, salad, soup, etc.) without worrying about it too much. Make an effort to eat well, but don't kill yourself over it.
The key, more than food, is consistent exercise. As long as your working out, your body will metabolize food better, and you'll burn more calories. Not to mention, feel great, and its a wonderful stress reliever.
Of course, above all, just relax! I know I'm guilty of getting caught in the diet whirlwind where you're never thin enough, and you'd be happy if you could juat lose that one more pound. We're all beautiful at any size, don't be ruled by a dress size.
