Overweight or just over the line of being clinically obese, doesn't make much difference in sexual positions. Some positions have to be modified slightly in order to get the penetration desired but it doesn't hamper much at all. Or in the case of obese women, it can be harder to find and stimulate the clit when there is too much padding around.

I do not enjoy men or women who are so skinny that they're bony. It's uncomfortable and somewhat unattractive to me.

No matter what size you are though, if you really care about the person then their extra padding isn't going to get in the way too much to stop you from having sex.
