Huh? possible goal of denial? There's no
goal in my denial of global warming and I would consider myself a conservationist, especially when it comes to our oceans and fisheries. I'm for all kinds of conservation. What I'm not, though, is sold on global warming. I have yet to see any proof to convince me that its true. What I have seen is a lot of historical data that shows the temperature of the earth fluctuating for thousands of years that can't possibly be due to man's burning of fossil fuels.
