Ah, the Barbaric Coast - one of my favorites. There's good stuff in there to do, but once you go off the reservation, there's the whole world to see.
Here are some of my favorites -
Joe's Stone Crab & Prime Steak - it is a chain but only 2 other locations (Miami and Chicago). One of the best steaks in town. In the new part of Caesar's Apian Way.
Ghost Bar - kick ass bar with lots of celebs and beautiful people, although it's dropped off a little in the last 2 years. In the Palms.
Rooftop at Rio - great place to see the lights.
Spearmint Rhino - fantastic strip club, but remember what Chris Rock said; there's no sex in the champagne room
Rick's - a locals strip club that may be closed now
