Yeah, the lawyers would have a field day with these kinds of suits. Then we could have the non-drivers sue those who drive spewing their noxious fumes. Might as well have the non-drinkers sue the drinkers for all the carnage on the roads. And then the non-cell phone using drivers ...oh forget it
