Let it slide. There will always be good deals. I bought my bike off CraigsList in the same area and have a lot of experience in the area. Not to mention the fact that if it truly is such a good deal, it is probably taken already; things go fast on CraigsList. You need to get a good idea of what you want and simply wait until the right deal comes up. You should be able to jump on it within a few hours of posting if you are after seriously good deals. Also, know how to inspect what you are buying or get someone who does know.
