pricewatch but please don't ask for an expensive program like this for free. I'm sure kazza or IRC can provide the answers you seek.
As for a program, is there a way you could simply use a flash macro that loads a sound and image variable while using the default sound macros for creating a slider. yes it a bitch, but if you did it once with variables, you could simply load any sound and image you wished by placing them in the expected vairiable folder. Flash has all the other feature you need if you can figure how to incorporate the sound sliders.
