Sorry to be the party pooper, but... shouldn't he be refraining from wanting to sleep with his co-worker if he's already got a girlfriend? The only reason I hear for him not jumping in the sack with his co-worker is the fact he doesn't want to damage his friendship with her. The girlfriend seems to be an afterthought.
