Hey guys,

I wanted to draw off your experience with what works best for XML plugins for eclipse. I was told by my instructor for one of my advanced web programming that a plugin for eclipse called "RAD" or something is the best one but its not free. I can't find this "RAD" since there's too many search return for "Rapid Application Development". Anyone know where I can find this RAD? or recommend other XML plugin tools?
