I just moved to the Denver area and decided to try some of the local brands to see if there was anything worthwhile. There is. I discovered the Boulder Hot Sauce Company and their Harry's Habenero sauce. This is by far the most satisfying hot sauce experience I have had the pleasure of eating. It is nice and spicy, without burning your soul. There are lots of other ingredients that temper the heat, yet also add charictor. I cannot reccommend it more highly. I have a new 'standby' sauce for sure.
