I wonder if anyone can help me. I have always suffered with vaginal dryness, no matter how much foreplay before sex i never get wet i've been to the doctors and they didnt seem interested and said it was all in my head, thats problem 1. Problem 2 I have recently started getting cuts on the lips of my vagina and have a large one from my vagina to my anus. These constantly itch especially when i go to bed, they sometimes bleed and when i go to the toilet when i wee it goes into these cuts and stings like hell its very irritating.
I'm currently not sexually active with anyone and havent had sex for a couple of months and im a lesbian. I mention this because a lot of you seem to think it is sex related and i get it without sex so i dont think that has anything to do with the problem apart from increase irritation. Does anyone know what this is?
To make matters even worse i also have piles which i cant get rid of despite injections..... could this be related?
So basically im not having much luck down there, im very hygenic tho
I've read all the postings and no one seems to have an exact answer. Can anyone help?
