I went to see Talladega Nights when it first came out, along with 5 of my friends... Every one of us absolutely hated the movie.

Half the group I went with can quote just about every great line in every comedy made from 1985 to current, but I don't think they'll even want to quote this one..

The acting was aweful, as is with most Ferrell movies, so I can't knock that aspect of the movie... I think they tried way too hard to be completely over the top and it ruined the movie. If they had just toned it down a bit, it may have been a much better movie.
