This is the best card-to-card comparison and you can choose a variety of various tests to see how they fare up. There were about 6 different versions of the x1300 so you might have to be more specific. And there wasn't a 6100, the lowest Nvidia card was a 6200. You can compare the 6200 and see if the x1300 can beat it or not and if it does, then it is obviously the better card.
