Kudos to me
Sorry for the self-congratulatory post, but what the heck.
I sit in front of a computer all day. I'm pushing 30. I've *never* exercised. And...The Belly has been bothering me for awhile now.
So, today I went to a cardioboxing class at the local college (my employer has a deal with the school for free-to-me gym membership). It was good.
Totally kicked my ass, but still good. :-)
So, I think I'll do these classes a couple of times a week, and see how it works out. It'll be good for me to get in some decent shape for a change!
Also - ~*hot*~, sweaty, bouncing college chicks! Yah! ;-)
