Of the few jobs I've had, nothing was as hectic as the food service industry, especially working in the kitchens. It was a rare indeed when I had time to go to the bathroom or sneak the occasional cigarette.
My job now is incredibly laid back. There is the occasional deadline to worry about, but nothing too severe. And while there are periods of 'busy,' I spend most of my day doing very little.
