Jean-Claude Van Damme is BACK!!!!
After taking a few years off, presumabally to concentrate on aging gracefully, the Time Cop himself has blessed the world with his triumphant return to the silver screen. This time around, Van Damme plays a dirty cop who is hooked on heroin, and everyone dislikes him. Because of an accident he is put into a coma, and comes out of it a better person. He wakes up wanting to put things right (but not before having the crap beaten out of him every 4-5 minutes). The
