Everything I hear is that there are good and not so good fats. Most animal fats fall into the second group.
Now, I eat meat, so I won't claim to not eat animal fat. I do, however, eat only the leaner cuts. Beef tenderloin, lean ham like pork tenderloin on chops, chicken and lot's of fish. I try to get my fats from olive, canola, walnut and those types of oils, plus nuts. I do eat a little cheese but drink skim milk..
