wow, I am in Anchorage, and it IS GREAT! i was born and raised here and i love the place. I have been to Jersey, and Georgia, and i didnt like it that much. too much fast life stuff. like people trying to keep up with the Jones' and what have you.
I am surprised how many people said Alaska!

Yes AK is great, the winters are a little long but its great, you get use to it, and its not as snowy as CO or other places. Also the summers are great. perfect to me that is. about 80's and mostly 70's. The people here in Anchorage are nice, and down to earth! I love it!
