I think everyone gets a sore muscle occassionally, especailly during those times when you go through a heavy lifting phase. For some reason the steam room doesn't always do the trick.
More important, inflamation is one of the causes of poor heart health. You have points of inflamation all over the place in your body from different things beside working out.
