What is the point of taking an anti-inflamatory? To reduce soreness? If you're working out at a level that's right for you and doing warm ups/cool downs, you shouldn't be getting sore after the first coupla times. I also find that sitting in my gym's sauna for 10 mins after I work out does wonders for soreness and stiffness. If you don't have a sauna/steamroom, take the hottest shower you can stand and let the hot water run over the muscles that were exerted the most.
