Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate - And Other Remedies
Someone just turned me on to drinking tart cherry juice concentrate. You mix it with water or add to shakes or about anything - actually tastes pretty good! It's supposed to be a natural ani-inflamatory. Some of the information I've been able to find seems to confirm this notion.
I've always heard that ibuprofen after lifting isn't smart because it impedes muscle growth. I don't know if there's any truth to that but perhaps the cherry juice would be a good substitution.
Does anyone know anything about this? And, are there other similar type remedies you now about?
