I don't know if it qualifies as a kitchen accessory.. but if it does, my coffee grinder (Rancilio Rocky) is my most extravagant purchase. It cost more than the espresso machine

On my future purchase list, I have a cast-iron skillet, an oil mister, and a one-handed pepper grinder (which should be very nice for when I'm handling meat with one hand and seasoning with the other one!
). Nothing too extravagant, but I must please my inner consumer whore.
