Yeah, the secret is communication. It's not wierd at all! Let him know how you felt about it- he's probably never met anyone else that would think it's hot, and so he's learned to hide his feelings. Just talk about it to him- say something like "Hey, last night I noticed how turned on you got when I was peeing, and I totally think it's hot too!" Say this in a totally comfortable moment between you two- like when you're naked after sex, or cuddling, or something.
