I agree with Chingal0. I have a number of Wustoff's. They are fantastic. The only thing that I can recommend is make sure you get a good sharpener. And one that has the correct angle. I think it is the Kershaw knives that have a higher angle than the Wustoff's. You'll ruin the knife pretty quickly. I have and reccommend the
