Yep. I have. I do. I don't know why.
Of course, I'm also smart enough to realize that the ex-girlfriend in the dream is just that: a fantasy. We broke up for a reason and those reasons still exist, but so does the physical attraction and even on a mental/emotional level with a few.
I also dream about my wife.
