We talk quite a bit, but it's more in the way of communicating clearly about what we're doing with and to each other, romantic, erotic, and sometimes dirty talk, about what's working and what isn't, but it doesn't really fit either the "talk dirty" or "full conversation" categories. When we're talking during sex, it's always in some way related to the sex.
