I just had a sandwich yesterday that was totally and completely unexpectedly incredible!
It's called a "Californian".
A whole sliced avacado
bean sprouts
vidalia onion
cucumber
sliced beet
white cheddar cheese
spicy mustard
chipolte mayo
on wheat bread! Yum!
