If she is grossed out by it, perhaps you can promise her that you won't look at the mess afterward. She can get on top during intercourse, and that will hide the area of said mess from your view and it allows her to get up easier after the job is complete to clean up. Also, it will increase her trust in you because you promised you didn't look, and (hopefully) kept that promise.
