Too bad your first experience is ending poorly, but you've got a lot of company in that regard.
Chlamydia is rampant in the US, but easily treatable. One of the best pieces of advice I ever heard is that when you sleep with someone, you're sleeping with everyone THEY'VE slept with, in regard to STDs. You also need to be a little less laid-back about the pregnancy aspect. Eighteen years is a long time to pay child support, and there's no guarantee that you'll even see the kid much.
It may not seem like it now, but you're so young, this whole episode is likely to seem insignificant after you've had a few more good relationships. And you will.
