I'd say Cincinnati's chances are contingent on Carson Palmer's health. Rehab is going well so far, so fingers crossed that he'll be back and ready at the start of the season. Now, if all of our young kids can stop getting arrested, that'd help too. Because I've grown up loving the Bengals... even through some awful years, I'm sticking to my guns and picking them. Who-Dey!
As for who I'd think they'd play... no idea.
