1 large tablespoon unsalted butter (30g)
1 cup castor sugar (250g)
2 Eggs (separate yolks and whites, beat whites to stiff peaks)
Juice of one large lemon (100ml)
2 tablespoons flour (20g)
1 cup milk (250ml)
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add flour and lemon juice.
Add egg yolks and one cup of milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a heat proof dish, or individual ramekins.
Place in a water bath in a moderate oven for 3/4 of an hour, until lightly brown.
Serve with cream.

Personally, I think it is better served with ice cream.
