Cooking with olive oil is delicious and typically better for you than butter or other oils.
Here's a recipe that I stumbled accross the other day:
Fresh Baguette, quartered, toasted with a drizzle of olive oil, light sprinkling of parmesan cheese for flavor - and piled high with sprouts & spinach. Quick, easy, and incredibly delicous. Filling somehow, too.
