This is very therapeutic. I had to do this when I was in therapy a few years ago. However, I couldn't mention physical things because those could change...although behaviors and attitudes can be modified too I suppose. A few years ago I couldn't think of one good thing about myself. I'm proud that I've come this far that I can list 10.
1) I'm a quick learner and love to learn things.
2) I'm a hard worker and give 100% to things I care about
3) I'm genuine and don't lie about my feelings
4) I'm easy to get along with
5) I'm adaptable..I am able to read people and fit in easily
6) I can talk to anyone
7) I have a lot of motivation
8) I'm organized
9) I'm happy with myself although it's taken along time to be this way
10) I love challenges and seek them out to keep life interesting
There are things I like physically about myself that I'm proud of, like toning and finally getting back in shape. My favorite feature are my eyes.
