Ok I'm going to be really upfront here. To me, that is along the same lines as asking how to pretend to be sober when you are driving drunk.
If your driving is going to be impaired in any way, then it is best NOT to drive on the roads. Not only are you putting yourself in danger, but also many other people driving on the high way.
Please don't put yourself and other people in that position.
