It's horrible, Nancy, I really feel sorry for you having to work in that kind of environment. You seem to do things by the book however, so all I can say is keep up the good work. Helle seems like one who places great value in seniority and rank - you as a newly-hired did obviously not impress an old hand like her, but the bossman sure did.
