The boob jiggly walk is largely caused by flexing in the spine. If you are just stomping along, your thighs will jiggle more than anything else--not attractive! But if your spine flexes a little with each step, almost as if you are "pouring" your weight into the next step (it's a tiny sinuous motion) you get a nice little boob thrust without any undesireable thigh jiggle.

This is especially the case in high heels, when such a motion is almost necessary to keep from exhausting your ankles.

No idea how to do the butt-jiggle on command though.
