tires: Yokohama AVS ES-100's. The Falken Azenis are just as good in the dry, but the yokos have a rain groove. The Falkens are downright scary in even a light rain.
Brakes: Brembo rotors when the stock ones warp (don't bother with Xdrilled or slotted unless you're planning to race) and Porterfield R4S pads. They last a long time and the stopping power is excellent. Calipers . .. well, you probably don't need to upgrade those unless, again, you plan to race.
You'd need to be planning on some pretty significant power upgrades in order to get any benefit out of better calipers. you'd get MUCH more bang for your buck by swapping the fluid out for high-temperature fluid - - less prone to boiling.
