Couldn't agree more. Truth, I haven’t weighed myself in a months, I'm really curious, but I know that scales can lie. None of my old clothes fit I went from a 38 to a 29 , and I see a difference so I know its coming off. I have added a little bit of weight training into my routine, so I know that my weight loss has slowed down because of the increase of muscle.

Good for you too! And I'll have a bowl of ice cream to celebrate my weight loss when it doesn't contain any calories, fat, or carbs, but still tastes good.
Until then, I'll stick with going to the gym at my apartment complex on my off weight-lifting days, and doing some additional cardio. Gotta get rid of my tummy and thighs somehow, and weight-lifting can't do it all.
