Rat - I think that you need to reread what I wrote. It's basically a concession to your point. The same act is redefined from terrorism to a blow for freedom (or some similar wording) from different sides of a border, whether it is national or different sides of the political spectrum. At this point, using those terms is simple propaganda. However, that doesn't allow the user incorrect usage - the same as when we're defining what is and isn't propaganda.
