I see a lot of issues with how bidpay currently works. But, I wanted to at least try it out...
Since they do direct payment into your bank account, there is no way to easily refund their money. You actually have to send them a check if they overpay, double pay, whatever.
Now, if someone did make a double payment, and you send them a check for the difference, then somehow they win a chargeback claim, they doubled their money and you got screwed....
